Found footage style film. not a B movie more Of a C really pretty low budget. kids find movie of a girl kidnapped, and fun there track down clues to find the culprit. who Happens to be the a soldier under one of the kids involved father who left him behind.
and he did all this to exact revenge on him. Ends with him killing the daughters on Skype feed while the general dad watches.
