What an exceptional movie! Alan Ball's dark, witty script is helped tremendously by the perfect performances of Spacey, Bening, Birch, and the rest of the cast. "American Beauty's" story of the dark side of your classic American family is so intriguing.
It will keep you hooked until the end.
