The story libertarian director Aaron Russo depicts in this documentary, of an oppressive income tax and the subversion of America's monetary system through the establishment of the Federal Reserve, is a familiar one.
It is a story which is well documented in the publications of the John Birch Society as well as in such excellent volumes as "The Creature From Jekyll Island" by G. Edward Griffin (he appears in the documentary).
For those interested in the subject, this film is an excellent introduction, although it is no substitute for the written material.
