An overly long and grave Michael Moore-styled documentary that loses its focus halfway through. A partisan, fist-shaking tone always makes it hard to believe everything that is being presented in documentaries like this, and America: Freedom to Fascism is no different.

Russo's own battles with the IRS surely color his views on the subject, and some facts are almost certainly bent and/or taken out of context. Still, there is certainly a lot of truth buried here, and it's a documentary well worth spending time on.
