A documentary at its best - one that asks very serious questions instead of caring about which celeb is on top this year, or who has gone into rehab. Takes into consideration whether or not the federal income tax is legal or not.
Must see interviews with former and then current IRS employees and top legal attorney's, none of which can produce any law which states American citizen's are required to pay the federal income tax, rather.
..Russo finds that it is a voluntary act. Will most definitely make you think and question our government, which more people need to do.
