Review of Amélie (2001) by Lilianetty L — 26 Mar 2012
I laughed today watching this movie. One of the purposes of out french teacher was to see what words or sentences we understand (since we are in Lecon 4). Anyway, enough of my french story, let's make a summary review (for not saying short, oh well, I just did).
Plot, Acting & Music: The story-telling is simple...is the story of Amelie since the start of her life (umm, since she was born to be exact). Anyway, the ending is kinda predictable but the whole time you just wish she changes for good...can't spoil! About the acting the little girl did amazing as Amelie, same Audry as older Amelie. Mathieu as Nino was trà (C)s bien! Same the rest of the cast. The one in my class hated a lot but laughed with it too was Urbain's role as Collignon XD Super funny. And about music, the score was super fantastique! And the song from the start I can't believe is going to be used on a play I will be in (in a few weeks to be exact...bless this film for that amazing score).
To end this review, 4 stars of 5. Why not 5/5? Because sometimes is kinda slow and the rythm is not so fast enough for the audience. Enjoy and HASTA LA PROXIMA AMIGOS/AS! CHAO! - C'est mardi, le 27 mars 2012.
