Honestly, I didn't expect a lot from this film, but I did expect something because it was directed by Mira Nair (who I've liked ever since I saw "The Namesake"). Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed.
The story unfolded in a predictable way, and managed to give Hillary Swank an opportunity to draw a somewhat 3-dimensional Earhart, though she really didn't come to life for me that much.
The film taught me about Earhart's passion for flight, but it didn't really get off the ground.
