Review of Amelia (2009) by Ian G — 29 Apr 2011
Panned by the critics, I enjoyed it. Tough to script a film where the path towards the inevitable death is known from the beginning, the film makes up by being a visual treat, and by Swank's perfect visual rendition of the real Amelia Earhart.
There's an entire subplot in the deleted scenes featuring George Putnam's first wife, Dorothy.
