Yes, I am well aware that for the most part Ambulance made no sense whatsoever. I don't care. I understood the "plot" of the movie and I was more than happy to put my brain in nuetral and let the car crashes and explosions wash all over me.
Ambulance is tailor made for the big screen. I learned absolutely NOTHING by watching it, and yet I was still amazed by the shear spectacle of it all.
