Review of Amarcord (1973) by Kevin S — 19 Oct 2007
Surreal, quirky, genuine Fellini. An offbeat quasi-autobiographical film about life in fascist Italy during the 1930s. Fellini's direction and assortment of wild characters makes this one of his best, and Nino Rota provides a lush score.
