My favorite film of all time. The casting is brilliant. The story line is brilliant. The editing is brilliant. The acting is off the charts. The use of Mozart's own music in the film is brilliant. Amadeus is a historical and entertaining masterpiece.
Now, why can't Hollywood produce more films like this? This film is so absorbing that the first time you watch it, you won't even notice that most of the actors don't even attempt to sound European.
The third time you watch it, then you'll notice! Well...there it is. ;).
