Review of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip (2015) by An?L Burak K — 23 Dec 2015
Have you ever wanted to see a masterpiece? Well look no further as Alvin and the gang brings back the amazing spectacle from the last three films that is now The Road Chip. While Star Wars may be rocketing up the Box Office, Alvin and the crew have created a simple piece of art that may be the very next Spielberg film.
The chipmunks are back and ready for action in this action-packed and heart warming film that may be too powerful for some viewers. The villain is simply astounding. From his humorous yet melancholy backstory to his quirky and determined attitude, Benson the Air Marshall officer may be the highlight of this film.
Jason Lee reprises his amazing role of Dave Seville, a role he could play in his sleep by now. Lee provides an excellent performance both for the younger audience and the older parents who were dragged into this film.
Let me just say that this film advertises itself as a child's movie but it is just as much of a fun time for the adults as well with the endless cameos to the adult humor *wink* wink* . For the people who look upon this as a child's film, you are mistaken as you may have missed the biggest hit to happen in 2015.
