Review of Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked (2011) by Jordon J — 17 Jan 2013

The first movie was quite deep, had a lot of emotional moments and was a lot of fun. The second one was focused more on the fun part rather than the emotions. This is another step in the not quite so well-picked direction.

A lot of silly fun, limited deep and emotional stuff. Could have been worse but then it could have been a whole lot better. The overall experience is fortunately still watchable but should there ever be another chipmunk movie, let's hope it goes back to it's roots.
