Review of Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007) by Jaredb. — 09 Apr 2008

Okay, so this isn't the laugh-a-minute romp that the original cartoon series was. I still LOVED it. There were a couple of spots where the writers injected some crass, crude humor into the script.

For example, there is a scene where one of the chipmunks farts in another character's face. If they would have left this out, my rating would definitely be a 10. However, despite this one flaw, this is still a fresh, funny update of one of the greatest cartoons to ever grace television sets.
