The best science fiction movie since "2001". The questions it forces us to ask lead us onto the craziest journey we have ever experienced. Are our hallucinatory states as real as "reality"? Apparently.
The characters are incredibly realized, and they are so fun to watch. William Hurt is one of the greatest actors of our time, and this is only his debut film! And the special effects will blow your mind.
CGI could never accompish this. See it.
