Ah, one of the worlds first Cyberpunk movies. Pretty good flick, a few to many "art farts" for my normal liking, but I let it slide...because cyber-distopia movies are always my favorites. I still think half the people that "love" this movie do it because they think they are supposed to (these are the people who "like" this movie, but when you mention other cyberpunk classics along the sames lines, such as blade runner, they sough).
If you truly enjoy Future distopian themes, sci-fi, and over-all good film making; this is a good flick to sit back and enjoy. However, if you are some Art school student who only puts down that you like this film, "because you are suppose to", I feel bad that you cant appreciate the artistry of cyberpunk SciFi.
