Surprisingly decent. A drug dealer kidnaps the brother of one of his clients who happens to owe him a lot of money. The movie gives the impression that the events are based on a true story - which if true is really sad.

The acting performances aren't that bad - not necessarily oscar material but they're believable for the most part. The story is interesting and I liked the directing - which gave the movie a slick style.

Alpha Dog is a good movie and an interesting tale about human nature.
