Review of Alpha Dog (2006) by Mandy T — 24 Aug 2012

I enjoyed this movie flat out. It was very well casted to point with some casting choices just saying we're gonna get that big actor to play a dumb small part because we have budget money to waste.

I also have to say that there were some really annoying we're rich white kids from the valley who think we're hard parts but it's whatever. I like the overall story and character development.

I happen to have a soft spot in my acting brain for Ben Foster and I really loved his performance in this movie as the Speed Freak. Emile Hirsch gets on my nerves, and I am always impressed pretty much by anything Justin Timberlake can do because the man has more talent that anyone I can think of.

It's a movie you can enjoy and watch every so often and be pleased every time.
