Young drug dealer kidnaps the brother of a debtor and things start to go wrong. Based on true story this one feels a bit confusing and with at least one ott performance (we're looking at you mr. Foster).
Average portrayal of a LA drig scene which could have been better especially with the unnecessary last 10 minutes.
