I don't get the high ratings this movie gets. it's clearly a movie made by condescending pampered people for a target audience of the same, complete with worm-eating and maggot-eating scenes.
a teenager passed the test of spearhead making and was brought out to join the hunting party but he didn't know how to start a fire, and acted as if he had never killed a thing in his life before, would surely put any half self-respecting farm kid into a laughing feat.
since this movie appeals to so many, it makes me wonder what proportion of our society is now composed of snowflakes.
