Review of Along Came Polly (2004) by Julie N — 21 Jan 2009

Ben Stiller is fun and I don't know why but I get a kick out of the romantic comedies that he's part of. He is not the typical hunk but clumsy and more anti-hero than hero, he still gets the girl with the prospect of a future I somehow can believe .

I know it is just a movie but it isn't targetting perfection and supporting how planning life can secure you happiness. Instead it does the quite opposite and shows how bumpy the road can be to happiness and that it is the bumps that increases the odds that you find it.

I like that :o).
