Two words, man: Sandy Lyle. He had me within the first 5 mins of the movie at "hit me, man!" to a pastry chef, who then shoots custard down his gullet, lol! Baldwin plays his quirky boss, Aniston and Stiller are in their element, just a brilliant movie.
