Review of Along Came a Spider (1970) by Zach M — 02 Aug 2011
This was the second movie based on the books by James Patterson.
This isn't as solid of an entry as Kiss The Girls but it's still a fairly intriguing movie.
Morgan Freeman reprises his role as Alex Cross. This time he drawn into a kidnapping game with Michael Wincott. He sort of partners up with a Secret Service agent, played by Monica Potter, who was in charge of protecting the girl and screwed the pooch.
There are plenty of twists and turns to keep it interesting but the biggest flaw with the film is the direction of Lee Tamahori, I don't find him to be a very good director and the film had very poor visual effects.
