Jeez, I just got done watching this movie, it was creepy as hell, Colin Hanks goes from his usual good guy roles like Orange County, Roswell, Get Over It, Whatever It Takes, and King Kong and he does a complete 180 and nails the mark of an obsessed, creep trying to get with a girl he has been filming secretly with cameras he has hidden in her house.
Hanks did a great job and so did Ana Claudia Talancon. She was a good looking girl. The ending was nothing I was expecting, and that's what made it great.
