Predictable if quite disturbing voyeurism tale, using CCTV and hidden cameras to great effect. The scenes of what people say when they don't know they're being watched is particularly effective.
Hanks isn't seen on screen enough to be truly chilling but his effect on the sweetly melancholy Talancon is well played.
