Completely terrible movie. Terrible writing, casting, and acting, inconsistent-in-quality CGI. Gotta love that the rival characters become buddies midway through the movie for no apparent reason. The ending was beyond awful. They tried to turn a deeply plotted old horror video game into a hardcore crazy action movie. There were more bullets flying than in most Rambo movies. Who's "alone in the dark" in this movie? The audience.
In short, Uwe Boll should not be allowed to make movies, especially not video game-related ones.
