Junk/trash video game adaptation starts off with a fun chase between Christian Slater and this superhuman skinhead guy but then falls to bits right after. Seemed to rip off parts of THE RELIC and HELLBOY and the effects were very poor.
Hardly the worst film ever made, but a very uninteresting and uninspired one.
