Honestly I couldn't remember if I had seen this but apparently I did, I just blocked it out because it was that boring. The pacing is so slow in parts that the action scenes are few and far between.
Why do the secret government agencies always have a 7 in them? Serisouly. Tara Reid actually brings the movie down, it almost seems that in scenes with her people aren't trying so hard to act well.
