If Hallmark vomited a movie, this is what you'd probably get. It's so unbelievably sentimental that plot gets muddled and confusing. Also, the drama feels so forced and unnecessary. The whole cast seem so weird and lost.
Emma Stone especially... I don't know if she took drugs before each take or whatever, but she was extremely hyper throughout the movie. You'd think it has some Hawaiian people considering the title, but they're barely in it.
The only positive I can find from this movie is the cinematography. Overall it's a mess.
