The whole movie was kinda hard to follow besides what matters. The whole government weapon thing was pretty dumb, but take that out and wasn't bad. The movie could have been so much better without it.
The funniest part of the movie was when they were talking without talking. The best part of the movie is when he stood outside and watched the dancing. Don't expect much at all and its okay to watch.
