Review of Almost Famous (2000) by Andrew J — 18 Feb 2014
A supremely watchable piece of work, Almost Famous is funny, dramatic, and original. Some of the pieces don't quite fit perfectly, such as a few lulls in the plot which are unable to stay on par with the exquisite soundtrack at points and some questionable acting, making this a very good but not quite great movie.
It will be hard to forget a story so unique yet so cliche to rock n' roll. 4/5 stars.
