Cameron Crowe's memoir of his early days as journalist is a lovely movie, very well acted and written. A different, inocent vision of the 70's and a precious love letter to the rock music. As the legendary critic Lester Bangs, Hoffman steals all his scenes.
Crowe won an Academy Award for his writing.
