This is a well-acted, enjoyable movie experience a la Jerry Maguire that draws the viewer into its era. Philip Seymour Hoffman adds a great touch to the film, as does the winsome young star Billy Crudup.
Yes, it was perhaps a bit too charged with pathos at times, but I was feeling it!
