This film which is based on Cameron Crowe's life when he was a reporter for Rolling Stone, is about Rolling Stone reporter William Miller (Patrick Fugit), who gets his big chance when he gets the chance to interview Stillwater. Russell Hammond (Billy Crudup), is the heart of the band & also has the heart of Penny Lane (Kate Hudson), Stillwater's number one fan.
Cameron Crowe has impressed me with the likes of Say Anything, Elizabethtown & Jerry Maguire and so it was no surprise when this film majorly impressed me as well. It also had the greatest rock and roll songs of the 70s in his crown jewel of a film as well. I loved it as will you.
