Review of Almost Famous (2000) by Pam E — 08 Oct 2013
Almost Famous is a purely good-hearted, frequently comical film that draws you into the era of the 1970's with memorable songs and the overall visuality. It also succeeds with a smart, meaningful story; scripted and directed with great depth and realism by Cameron Crowe and an excellent ensemble of actors who I believe have all given some of the best performances in their careers thus far.
