I think by now if you've already seen the previous 2 movies in the Divergent series, you've decided on whether you want to continue with this latest film or not. It's pretty much the same thing.
It has interesting concepts but the script really needed polishing. Things just happen without much consequence and most of the characters are one-dimensional. At least they included some actions sequences and CGI work to make it less boring.
