While the CGI quality is obviously significantly reduced in quality when compared to the first two films, the story and script, pacing and acting strongly carry this film into the "good film" category.

Your ability to look past the CGI issues will vary from person to person of course. My final thought: Almost as good as the first two films. If only they had spent a little more time and money on the CGI to ensure the quality continuing from film to film.
