Review of Allegheny Uprising (1939) by Dean M — 03 Sep 2010
John Wayne and Claire Trevor were reteamed the same year of their costarring triumph in 1939's Stagecoach for this potboiler set in the pre-Revolutionary American colonies, but the results were hardly as auspicious.
Still, it's a decent time passer and features Brian Donlevy in one of his better villain roles.
