Review of All the Real Girls (2003) by Codie E — 03 Jul 2008
An original and beautiful romantic drama. Gordon Green again captures nowhere town USA superbly; respecting his surroundings and giving them their relevent beautiy without filling the film with unrealistic characters.
A side note for Tim Orr, another example of why he is one of the best (an most overlooked) cinematographers working today; whether he is shooting landscapes (this film or George Washington), tight and clustered interiors (Raising Victor Vargas) or aggressive visual characterisation (Undertow).
