Review of All the Real Girls (2003) by Alex C — 18 Jan 2009
A wonderful movie by David Gordon Green. In fact, it may be my favorite film he's made as of right now. He really is great at honing in on the lives of small-town people. The character of Paul is the goes through such a nice character arc in this film and by the end, he's finally realized what love is and how it feels to get one's heartbroken.
And for me, this is Zooey Deschanel's best work as actress so far in her career. Overall, delicately told and moving piece of work.
