All the Real Girls has the best opening scene of a movie I've ever seen. It sets the realists tone of David Gordon Green's. Zooey Deschanel is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the role. The promotional pictures and DVD cover depicting a 'love story' doesn't really do justice to the observationistic feel of the movie.
