World changing events recorded for posterity by a competent film. Good documentary; at the time we thought the exposee would stop the rot and the misdemeanours in high places. But now that we've seen worse, the optimism that altruism would prevail is subsumed in a world where newspapers can't sell paper and investigative journalism is made secondary to syndication and corporate advertising budgets.
