Review of All the President's Men (1976) by Atteli09 * — 05 Feb 2010
It's a film very well acted, specially Robert Redford. That's what I liked the most. The script (according to the story) is full of names and events, that make the film's plot very difficult to follow.
This is a direct and straight film, very different to other similar films based on true events, because it only focuses on the film's matter (in this case the investigation) and the fast dialogues don't help very much to the viewer.
However and despite that, it's not a boring film, some scenes are good and also was the ending, but as a film experience it's not very valuable, sometimes seems like a documentary. Wonderful despite that and a great achievement.
