A highly thrilling piece of docudrama, made all the more impressive seeing as we already know the ending. Hoffman and Redford give very good performances in the respective Bernstein and Woodward roles.
It's also a highly detailed and I'd assume, realistic if romantic, look at life working for a newspaper, particularly investigative journalists. A great film.
