Review of All the President's Men (1976) by Ian T — 11 Nov 2008

A classic film based on real life events. This is a great movie for anyone interested in going into journalism. Also gives a realistic insight into how newspapers really work and how a story if written properly can have a huge impact on the public and makes waves politically.

I also enjoyed the tension and suspense and to think it all really happened. I especially liked the fact that the office they worked in was free from touch tone and cell phones and there are several scenes of Hoffman/Redford working on typewriters.

If you don't know what a typewriter is, google it :) amazing they were able to accomplish what they did without the use of the internet. Love Hoffman and especially his stylish clothes and haircut.
