"All the President's Men" is one of the finest conspiracy thrillers out there, exhibiting a tone of paranoia like no other film I've ever seen. There are a fine array of performances, especially from the two leads, with Hoffman even overpowering Redford from time to time.
Pakula is a fine director, and while I don't exactly see a "masterpiece" here, I certainly see a great film.
