Review of All the King's Men (2006) by Michael D — 07 Sep 2007

After reading the novel many yrs back, I kept reminding myself to seek out the film version. Not realising there'd been a new remake, I was surprised at the anonymity of it, given the incredible cast! One thing that was never explained in the film (nor the book) and which still puzzles me is how the central character's "faith" was distorted, eventually becoming the very thing his political ascent was based against.
