Review of All the King's Men (1949) by Michael S — 21 Nov 2007
Sean Penn was fantastic, as was most of the cast, with the exception of Jude Law, who was a little drab. The movie was a bit slow to sit through for a film that really wasn't anything that we haven't seen before.
If Sean Penn wasn't so captivating, I'd recommend some better political thrillers to watch instead but again, Penn was mesmerizing.
