I've really slacked off on my movie watching, would most usually rather watch HBO shows et al as TV has become the best place to be for me, but I'm glad I made room to watch this. I think the average viewer will be bored to death, but the thing about this movie is the stark realism.
No gimmicks here, just Our Man and the Sea. Redford is pure. Of course he didn't stand a chance of winning many awards, but keeping things genuine is more important to him.
