All is Lost is a modern silent film performed brilliantly by Robert Redford. The film portrays the dangers of the sea during a sailing excursion by a veteran sailor in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The emotion, gestures and movement came across directly to me from the actor (Redford) and I can say it offered a fresh approach to viewing a film; it was successfully pulled off and bravo to all involved on the making of this film!
